Milbank Tweed was counsel to Urbi Desarrollos Urbanos, which sold 60% of its $180 million initial public offering (IPO) under Rule 144A and Regulation S. The firm went on to advise [Asarco Principle bondholder] Citigroup and Merrill Lynch on Desarrolladora Homex's $160 million New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) listing, the first Mexican company to list on the NYSE since 1999.
